Prism Vault Privacy Policy

Updated and effective: 8 October 2026

1. About this policy

Prism Vault is developed under the business name ZTRA. Contact taeserztra@gmail.com for support or privacy questions. Support is provided by email.

This policy describes the current offline Android testing version of Prism Vault (version 0.9.8-internal9, version code 17), the browser demo, and the ZTRA website. The Android package name is com.ZTRAgames.prismvault. The current testing version does not offer online accounts, live multiplayer, online rankings, advertising, real-money purchases, optional gameplay analytics, or developer-operated crash reporting.

We will update this policy before introducing features that change how information is handled. This policy does not describe those planned features as already available.

The business is preparing its electronic-store registration. No registration number or government approval is claimed in this notice. The Palestinian domain ztragames.ps is awaiting confirmation; the currently verified website is ztragames.com.

2. Game information on your device

The game stores puzzle progress, marks and revealed gems, settings, local scores, gameplay timing, coins, rewards and gallery unlocks on your device. Local records may include installation identifiers, move history, hints, mistakes, restarts and recovery copies used to preserve progress or calculate local results.

The current Android testing version has no Internet permission and does not send these game records to a ZTRA game server. Local ranked-score testing is calculated on the device; it does not publish a leaderboard or create an online account.

The browser demo stores its progress, settings and remaining demo time in your browser. It does not require a game account. Loading the website or demo still requires an Internet connection and involves the hosting information described below.

3. Website and hosting information

Our website and browser demo are hosted using Porkbun. To deliver a page or game file, the hosting service receives ordinary connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. The hosting service may retain technical records for delivery, security and troubleshooting under its service settings and privacy practices.

We have not added advertising trackers, third-party analytics, tracking pixels or a marketing mailing-list form to these pages. Browser storage used by the demo is for local game progress and settings. You can remove it through your browser settings.

Porkbun privacy information: https://porkbun.com/legal/agreement/privacy_policy. Hosting-provider records are separate from the game save on your device.

4. When you contact support

If you email taeserztra@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate a problem or handle a privacy inquiry. The mailbox is provided by Gmail.

The support page at https://ztragames.com/support/ asks you to agree to the use of the information you choose to send for technical support, purchase inquiries or complaints before opening an email draft. The email draft includes that choice. You still send the message yourself; the page does not submit a form or store a consent record on our server. Privacy-rights requests remain available without agreeing to unrelated processing. If you email us directly, we explain and obtain any additional consent required before collecting further personal information.

Send only what is needed. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, identity documents or payment-card details. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a child.

Google privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We ask only for information needed to handle your request. We do not treat visiting the website as blanket consent to advertising, analytics, new account services, or a new use of your support message.

5. Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell personal information. The current offline game does not send player records to advertising or analytics providers. Website hosting and email providers process the information needed to provide their respective services.

Google Play and your device or browser provider may process information about downloads, device diagnostics, backups or service use under their own policies and your settings. This is separate from developer-operated game analytics, which is disabled in this testing version.

We do not use or share support information for unrelated commercial or non-commercial purposes. Any disclosure required by law is limited to the information and recipient legally required. Describing a hosting or email provider here does not authorise otherwise prohibited processing or sharing.

6. Children and parents

Prism Vault is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and up, and is not intended for children under 13. The current offline testing version does not require a name, email address, provider sign-in or online game account. It has no player chat, photo-upload feature, advertising or public player profile.

Puzzle gameplay does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location access. Progress stays on the device as described above. The website and browser demo involve the ordinary hosting connections described in this policy.

Parents and guardians can contact taeserztra@gmail.com to ask about information held by us, request review or deletion, or ask us to stop further use. We may need limited information to locate a support conversation or private test record and confirm the requester is entitled to act. We do not require identity documents in the initial request.

If you believe a child under 13 has supplied personal information to us, contact taeserztra@gmail.com so we can review the situation and handle the information as required. The intended audience statement is not an age-verification system. Before enabling online accounts, advertising or other services involving minors' information, we will assess the applicable requirements, update the notice and provide the necessary controls.

7. Retention and deletion

Local game information remains on the device until you clear the game's storage, uninstall it, or the game replaces its local records. Browser demo information remains until you clear this site's browser storage or the demo replaces it. Clearing storage removes progress; we cannot restore the offline game from a ZTRA server. Copies separately kept by your device or browser provider follow that provider's settings and policies.

Support messages and voluntary attachments are stored in the support mailbox. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for that mailbox. You can request deletion by emailing us. We review requests manually and will explain if a specific legal obligation or active dispute requires us to retain particular information.

Technical hosting records are managed under the hosting provider's settings and retention practices. Contact us if your request concerns visits to our website so we can identify the relevant information and provider.

The current offline Android build and browser demo do not create an online game account to delete. If you participated in a separate private online test, mention that in your request so we can identify the relevant test account and records. Uninstalling an app does not delete records from a previous online test or from a support mailbox.

Deletion instructions and the contact route are available at https://ztragames.com/delete-data/. We do not promise an automated account-deletion function or a deletion deadline that has not been implemented.

8. Security and processing locations

The website uses HTTPS. Local game records are stored through the device or browser's application storage. We limit the information requested for support and use account access controls for the support mailbox. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Hosting, email, device and app-store providers may process information in different countries under their applicable service terms and privacy policies. The current offline test game has no public ZTRA game-server deployment.

If we become aware of a breach that leaks consumer information, we will notify the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy and the competent authorities immediately on becoming aware of it, as required by Article 18 of Decree-Law No. 21 of 2025. Investigation and containment proceed in parallel and do not postpone that notification. We will also provide affected people with notices required by the applicable law.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You can clear local game data using Android Settings > Apps > Prism Vault > Storage > Clear storage, or the equivalent controls on your device. For the browser demo, clear the site data for ztragames.com. These actions erase local progress.

Email taeserztra@gmail.com with the subject "Prism Vault privacy" to ask for access, correction or deletion of information held by us. Describe the request and the information needed to locate it. We may request limited additional information to verify entitlement. Do not send sensitive credentials.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional rights to receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy authority. A request to us does not delete records held independently by an app store or constitute a refund request.

10. Changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before that processing begins.
